Office Relocation - Budget Template
This template can be used as a basis for a new office budget. It has two tabs, one for the one-off move associated costs such as the fit-out, legal and agent fees, relocation costs and so on. The other tab is for an ongoing cost budget to show what your office running costs may be going forward; you can add to / trim back on this as needed. It can be used to present to management to give a better indication of costs once a search has begun but before any decision is finalised, and then again once a property has been identified.
