Hana Gray has spent the last 8 years working on the business and raising her young son. As the company founder, Hana started as a solopreneur and soon grew into a boutique office consultancy working with businesses in and around London.

Before long, The OMG was serving a worldwide community of office professionals and is now seen as the go-to resource for Office Managers. If it wasn’t for Hana’s extensive experience, knowledge, and network of contacts, the brand wouldn’t have evolved into the full-service model it is today.

As it continues to build and support more organisations and individuals, Hana will remain at its core to ensure it continues to make a difference to how offices are run and how office professionals – the amazing, multi-tasking, jacks of all (master of some) trades as she likes to call them – get trained, supported and recognised.

The team continues to grow with our recently appointed Executive Assistant and Marketing Manager who join The OMG family to support our events, portal, newsletters, podcast and more.
