Proactive Maintenance Tasks

You can use this list (and add to it!) for your handyman / maintenance team to carry out proactive, regular tasks on items that commonly get overlooked such as door and cupboard handles being tightened up. You can build something like this into your PPM if desired or provide a schedule such as this to advise how frequently these items should be carried out.
